And we moved on up to that deluxe apartment in the sky!

I picked up my keys to my new place on friday 2/15 and was ghost from my old place by 6pm 2/16!! I wasn't supposed to move until this weekend but i just said let's get it done now! And i did a ghetto move yall!!

No professional movers. No U-haul. No bubble wrap on glass items.

I called Charles and "em and told them get the truck and lets do this! I put mess in my car, bags, boxes and just did the damn thang. I only moved up the street so it really wasn't that bad. But still it was a move--in the middle of winter. But i gotta give love to my boys who got me out and into my new place with no problems. No broken glass, tv's, or broken chairs to complain about. They re-assembled everything like it was nothing. And when i say "they", i mean just 2 of them! Yes they looked out for a sista! And i did slide that cash in much appreciation.

Now i'm stuck with the even harder task of trying to unpack everything and make sure my old place is straight before i give them back their keys. U know they will try and make a sista pay for anything THEY think is out of line. So this weekend i'm going to go back and vacuum one last time and get the last few things i had left and call it done.

Damn. I'm sleepy. I'm bout to strip and get in da bed!
