Just a little history lesson.

"Beware the Ides of March."

The Ides of March is known as the day Caesar was assassinated. The "Ides" was referred to as the 15th of the month on a Roman calendar and is known to signal "impending doom". Caesar was warned "Beware the Ides of March" and being that he was so full of himself he told the seer that warned him that the Ides of March was upon him and he was still alive. The seer then replied "Yes, but the day has not passed''. And sure enough as Caesar left the meeting that he had called to order, the Senators stabbed him to death in the name of protecting their Republic.

Now how come, when warned, people never follow the advice that was just given to them? You see it all the time in scary movies. A man will stagger out of a room bleeding from head to toe, fall down to the floor and tell the person who is holding him--"DO NOT GO IN THAT ROOM". And what do you think happens next? I'll tell you. They walk slowly to that room as if the speed of their walk will change the outcome of their own impending doom. And then Jason, Freddy, Chuckie, Michael Meyers and that chick that came out the tv from The Ring be waiting there to whoop they dumb ass!

Class dismissed.
